Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Lead and develop the school administration team, undertake line management and appraisals
- Monitor income and expenditure, support budget preparation, and produce regular financial reports in collaboration with the Trust Finance Manager
- Ensure best value at all times, manage contracts and services, and explore income-generating opportunities through site usage
- Oversee staff contracts, payroll, recruitment coordination, DBS checks, and maintain accurate personnel records
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, website, and parental communications
- Outstanding professional development: Access to the National College for flexible, self directed CPD, coaching accreditation opportunities through Leadership Edge, and comprehensive training programmes including NPQ pathways
