SAP Technology Lead - Senior Manager

• Demonstrating wide, proven expertise across the SAP Technology landscape
• Applying expertise & guiding clients from a Discovery Phase, driving important decisions such as the S/4HANA migration approach (brown, blue, greenfield), through to go live.
• Sharing your wide knowledge across the SAP Technology Landscape, with deep expertise in one or two areas (e.g. Integration or Development)
• Showcasing you ability to agree and define target and interim architectures
• Working on end to end experience implementing S/4HANA projects
• Translating business requirements into scalable, fit for purpose technical architectures and delivery decisions
• Using your experience leading teams, influencing customers and providing a point of view

• adept at developing strategies and points of views to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
• owned the overall Architecture on large business transformation projects in close collaboration with business and delivery stakeholders
• keen to be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• ability to shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients
• ability to act as a mentor and sponsor for architects and technology leads, supporting capability growth and career progression within the practice

Demonstrates extensive expertise in SAP Technology, particularly in S/4HANA migration strategies and architecture design. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor technology leads, and drive business development initiatives while translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
