SAP S4 Project Manager | Poland ONLY

SAP Project Manager | S/4HANA implementation | Remote | Poland Only

RED are currently seeking 1 SAP Project Manager with S/4HANA experience to join a long-term S/4 implementation project based in Poland.

Note: The right candidate must be based in Poland & immediately available to start!

Contract length: 12 months

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Poland (workshops/meetings etc.)

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as an SAP Project/Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
• Proven track record of managing at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is required
• Proven capability in managing and controlling project budgets.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate and the full program delivery life cycle.
• Previous consulting exposure coupled with direct involvement in SAP rollouts.
• Familiarity with standard project governance frameworks and supporting tools.
• Recognised certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or PMI-ACP.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English at a professional level.
• Willingness to travel across Poland and the EU when required.

Nice to have/Bonus:

• Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.
• SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager - SAP Activate certification.
• Experience in working and managing external vendors as a client representative.
• Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN.
