SAP GTS Consultant Polish speaking Parttime Project

Role: SAP GTS Senior Consultant

Workload: At least 2 days/week (166 days)

Delivery: Completely remote, rarely on site in Poland

Duration: From October to April 2027

Project plan: Go-live in January 2027, 3 months of HyperCare support

Industry: Mechanical Engineering

Language skills: Polish (business fluent), German (fluent), English (business fluent).

SAP GTS Modules: Customs Management, Preference Management, Export Control (Compliance Management), Electronic customs clearance (eCustoms Integration).

Responsibilities

- Cooperation with Polish customs authorities and knowledge of relevant procedural codes (eg, EX, IM, T1, T2L).

- Implementation of local adaptations of templates for Poland as part of global implementations.

- Localization and mapping of business processes (export/import).

- Integration of SAP ECC/S4HANA with SAP GTS for the Polish branch.

- Analysis and local mapping of customs and foreign trade processes.

- Implementation of customs requirements in the SAP GTS system.

- Coordination with local stakeholders, customs brokers, and authorities.

- Implementation of training for key users and change management.

- Test management (SIT/UAT) and post-launch support (hypercare).

Required skills

- SAP GTS Customizing & Integration (RFC, Plug-ins, BAdIs).

- Communication with ATLAS, AES, PUESC via eDocument Framework/EDI/XML.

- SAP S/4HANA readiness in the GTS environment.
