Job Description

The Sales Specialist role is vital to the store's operation, ensuring customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience. This position plays a key role in fostering a selling focus within the store, supporting company initiatives while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Sales Specialists are scheduled flexibly based on business needs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities Customer and Brand Experience
  • Support excellent customer service through product knowledge, selling skills, and authentic clienteling
  • Own the customer experience by building personalized relationships and embodying the rag and bone brand philosophy and lifestyle
  • Emulate the brand aesthetic with a strong sense of fashion
  • Maintain a unified company experience in all customer interactions
  • Assist with floor sets, window changes, and merchandising tasks as needed
  • Meet sales and KPI targets as set by Store Management
Maintain Operational Excellence
  • Policy and Procedure: Maintain knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures
  • Stock/Inventory Management: Contribute to low inventory shrinkage and high accuracy through consistent execution at all inventory touchpoints
  • IT Systems: Accurately process POS transactions

Experience/Capabilities
  • Previous experience in contemporary or luxury fashion sales/clienteling preferred
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing, crawling, reaching, and bending
  • Availability to work as per the needs of the business
