THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Order Administrator to join our team at Heler Foods.

This is more than a job - it's a chance to play a key role in supporting our sales operation, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and our products are delivered efficiently. Working closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams, you'll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while building strong relationships with customers.

In this role, you will:

Raise proforma invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Process customer orders through our internal ordering system.

Respond to customer enquiries, providing excellent day-to-day service and support.

Liaise with the Warehouse and Sales teams to coordinate customer orders and resolve any issues.

Book transport and coordinate deliveries to ensure products reach our customers on time.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or office administration role.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office, with experience of order processing or ERP systems being advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Business administration qualifications are desirable but not essential.
