Sales Operations Administrator

Full-time | Office-based | Nottinghamshire

We're looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products.

This is a hands-on administration and customer service role supporting B2B customers in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing customer orders and managing the sales administration process
  • Handling customer queries, delivery issues and general communications
  • Supporting branch managers and senior contacts at retail customers
  • Working on an ERP system (currently Sage, moving to Microsoft Business Central)
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales operations team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
  • Comfortable speaking to customers by phone and email
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, consistent and proactive approach
  • Experience with Sage or Microsoft Business Central is a bonus, not essential

Working pattern

  • Office-based, 5 days per week
  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
  • Friday: early finish around 4pm
  • On-site parking and good public transport links
