Sales Operations Administrator
Full-time | Office-based | Nottinghamshire
We're looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products.
This is a hands-on administration and customer service role supporting B2B customers in a busy, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Processing customer orders and managing the sales administration process
- Handling customer queries, delivery issues and general communications
- Supporting branch managers and senior contacts at retail customers
- Working on an ERP system (currently Sage, moving to Microsoft Business Central)
- Providing general administrative support to the sales operations team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Comfortable speaking to customers by phone and email
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, consistent and proactive approach
- Experience with Sage or Microsoft Business Central is a bonus, not essential
Working pattern
- Office-based, 5 days per week
- Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
- Friday: early finish around 4pm
- On-site parking and good public transport links
