Sales Negotiator

SALES NEGOTIATOR required for a highly established multi-branch agency within south east London. This is a fantastic package with a great commission structure and an opportunity suited for anyone looking for an exciting new role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Registering applicants
2. Matching properties to applicants' needs
3. Conducting viewings
4. Negotiating and closing deals
5. Liaising with clients, landlords, and tenants
6. Canvassing for new properties

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Liaising with high net worth clients
• Well presented
• Strong work ethic
• Successful track record
• Customer-focused
• Positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic
• Full UK driving license

Details:

• Location: The Borough of Greenwich, South East London
• Basic salary: £16,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE: £40,000 - £50,000
• Car allowance included
