SALES NEGOTIATOR required for a highly established multi-branch agency within south east London. This is a fantastic package with a great commission structure and an opportunity suited for anyone looking for an exciting new role.
Responsibilities include:
- Registering applicants
- Matching properties to applicants' needs
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Liaising with clients, landlords, and tenants
- Canvassing for new properties
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Liaising with high net worth clients
- Well presented
- Strong work ethic
- Successful track record
- Customer-focused
- Positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic
- Full UK driving license
Details:
- Location: The Borough of Greenwich, South East London
- Basic salary: £16,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE: £40,000 - £50,000
- Car allowance included
