The Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales department, leading from the front to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in developing the team, implementing best practices, and creating a culture focused on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  
• Drive vehicle sales, finance penetration and profitability
  
• Manage daily sales operations and showroom activity
  
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans where required
  
• Ensure exceptional customer experience standards are maintained
  
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members
  
• Develop strong relationships with manufacturer and group stakeholders
  
• Maximise opportunities from digital and showroom enquiries
  
• Maintain compliance with all FCA and company processes
  

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry
  
• A strong track record of delivering sales and profit targets
  
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
  
• Experience managing both new and used vehicle sales operations
  
• Strong understanding of finance and F&I performance
  
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  
• Full clean driving licence
