Sales Manager - New Used Car Supermarket & Luxury Franchise

Basic Salary: Up to €55,000 basic OTE €90,000 Company Car No Sundays
Pybus Recruitment is excited to partner with an ambitious automotive retail group to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for a brand-new Used Car Supermarket and Luxury Vehicle Franchise in Dublin.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business at launch stage, helping to build a high-performing sales operation within a modern retail environment that combines high-volume used car sales with prestigious luxury automotive brands.
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales department, leading from the front to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in developing the team, implementing best practices, and creating a culture focused on delivering exceptional results.

- Basic salary up to €55,000

- Recruit, coach and mentor team members
- Develop strong relationships with manufacturer and group stakeholders
- Maximise opportunities from digital and showroom enquiries
- Maintain compliance with all FCA and company processes
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry
- A strong track record of delivering sales and profit targets
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing both new and used vehicle sales operations
- Strong understanding of finance and F&I performance
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Full clean driving licence
