Sales Manager

Our client, a leading international manufacturer of roofing solutions is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth within the Building Membranes market across Ireland. This role is focused on developing sales through merchant channels, building strong customer relationships, and delivering against commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular merchant visits to strengthen relationships and maximise sales opportunities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building membranes sector
• Manage sales forecasts and demand planning to support market needs
• Align activities with product and market strategies to drive growth
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems

Requirements

• Must have strong knowledge of building membranes
• Understanding of relevant Irish building regulations and standards (advantageous)
• Must have proven sales experience within merchant or construction-related channels
• Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
