About the Opportunity

Our client is one of Ireland's most established and respected premium bathroom specialists, with over 35 years of success delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. They are now looking to expand their sales team with an ambitious Sales Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, supportive business where you'll have the autonomy to focus on selling while being backed by an experienced Sales Support team that manages much of the day-to-day administration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and consult with customers to understand their project requirements and recommend premium bathroom solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Work closely with internal Sales Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years' bathroom industry sales experience (essential).
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident manner.
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
• Experience using Intact Business Software would be an advantage but is not essential.

• Competitive base salary of €40,000-€60,000, depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic on-target earnings of €60,000-€130,000+.
