Under CEO Andreas Wenzel, they offer end-to-end cleanroom management, including protective clothing rental, specialized on-site cleaning, laboratory disinfection, and industry training.

Your Role

SSE is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to lead designated regional teams and act as the primary client contact for assigned accounts.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for operational delivery across their designated region and account portfolio, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong client partnerships.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts and promptly resolve client issues and complaints.
  • Promote additional services and identify opportunities to support account growth.
  • Ensure operational KPIs, quality standards, and financial targets are achieved.
  • Manage the performance, productivity, and development of Site Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams.
  • Oversee account P&L performance, budgets, and invoicing accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, health & safety, and client-specific standards.
  • Conduct client site inspections and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Support staffing, performance management, coaching, and succession planning activities.
  • Drive operational improvements and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and value.
  • Maintain strong working relationships across operational teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Full clean Driving Licence
  • 3 - 5 year of experience in a Similar role in a Management position
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple sites or accounts.
  • Understanding and experience of GMP standards or similar regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational improvement.
  • Commercial awareness with P&L management experience.
  • High level of technical competence and a formal Building Services qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on leadership style with experience managing change.
  • Experience using CMMS, service desk software, and related technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced facilities environment.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
