Sales Executive Northampton £26,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £70k+ in Year 1). A growing financial company is looking for an experienced, confident salesperson to join their high performing team in Brixworth. What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting businesses by helping them find the right finance solutions. That means building rapport, qualifying leads, and offering tailored support that really adds value.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying inbound leads
• Speaking with businesses about their finance requirements
• Making outbound calls to introduce finance options
• Attending and leading client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
• Working to realistic weekly/monthly KPIs
• Building and managing a strong pipeline
• Conducting service reviews and maximising cross selling opportunities

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong customer service mindset
• Self motivated, organised, and proactive
• Full UK driving licence
