We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales person to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities across a range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to customer.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Industrial customers and OEM's
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products and solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Marketing, R&D) to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full UK driving license (if travel is required)
  • Experience selling to OEMs, manufacturers and other industrial customers
