The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will help customers find the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle while providing an excellent experience from their first enquiry through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
• Arrange and conduct test drives.
• Achieve sales targets through great customer service and effective negotiation.
• Assist with vehicle valuations and trade-ins.
• Keep customers updated throughout the sales process.
• Work with the wider sales team to provide a smooth customer experience.
• Deliver a professional vehicle handover.
• Build repeat business and customer referrals.

About You

• 2-3 years' sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• A genuine interest in cars and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
