As a Sales Executive, you will help customers find the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle while providing an excellent experience from their first enquiry through to handover.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Achieve sales targets through great customer service and effective negotiation.
- Assist with vehicle valuations and trade-ins.
- Keep customers updated throughout the sales process.
- Work with the wider sales team to provide a smooth customer experience.
- Deliver a professional vehicle handover.
- Build repeat business and customer referrals.
- 2-3 years' sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Customer-focused and professional.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- A genuine interest in cars and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
