We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our clients team in Castlebar. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for building client relationships and achieving results.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of existing clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within your designated territory.
Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Generate and convert new leads into sales
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using internal systems
Proven experience in sales (field-based or B2B preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly driven with a target-focused mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic IT tools
Full, clean driving licence required
Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools
Background in transport, logistics, or automotive industry a plus
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
