Are you willing to:


  • Do prospecting to build a client portfolio?
  • Visit prospects and clients (to identify their needs and requirements)?
  • Prepare quotations independently, including making calculations?
  • Keep the CRM system up to date at all times?
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships (cross-selling)?
  • Accompany and supervise events?
  • Manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously?
  • Handle our incentives from A to Z, from the initial briefing, through operational execution and possible supervision, to financial settlement?
  • Maintain long-term relationships and build new ones with our clients and suppliers?
  • Perform under pressure and meet deadlines?
  • Organize and improvise effectively?
  • Provide aftersales support?



Requirements:


  • Initial sales experience is a plus 3-5 years!
  • Stress-resistant
  • Computer literacy
  • Commercial mindset
  • Strong team player
  • Proactive attitude with a high degree of independence
  • Language skills: Dutch, English, French - a fourth language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly
