Sales Account Manager (IT Services - MedTech) - Netherlands (Contractual role )
We are recruiting on behalf of a mid-tier IT services firm that is actively seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team in the Netherlands.
If you have a proven track record in selling IT services to the Med Devices / Med Tech sector and possess a global mindset, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding this firm's presence within the Med Tech industry.
You'll leverage your expertise and existing relationships to drive significant growth, contributing to impactful projects on a global scale, particularly with Indian IT service providers.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Med Devices/Med Tech industry in the Netherlands and across global accounts.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at leading Med Tech companies.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs deeply and effectively position IT services and solutions to address their specific challenges and strategic objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client requirements within the Med Tech IT services space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with global delivery teams, including those based in India, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: Significant experience in selling IT services, particularly to large enterprises within the Med Devices/Med Tech industry.
- Industry Relationships: Established network and strong relationships with key stakeholders at major Med Tech / Medical Devices Manufacturing companies .
- Global Perspective: Demonstrated experience working with global accounts and an understanding of international business dynamics, especially involving collaborations with Indian IT service companies.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to understand complex client requirements and propose tailored IT service solutions.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-Motivated: A highly driven, results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Location: Based anywhere in the Netherlands with willingness to travel as needed.
