Job Description

An experienced senior sales and commercial team leader is sought by our client to head the regional business development of a well-established Consumer and Professional Audio manufacturer and distributor of products for the professional audio, broadcast, commercial AV, live events rental, music and consumer electronics retail sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the next phase of growth and development for the business whilst regularly interfacing and collaborating with the wider EMEA commercial leadership team.


A hands-on role based in the company offices in Amsterdam, this is a senior-level commercial leadership position with responsibility over sales, distribution, and commercial development across the business. Working in close collaboration with established sales and account management colleagues within the business, you will execute the commercial strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, other complementary brands, and vendors through a continuous commitment to quality, customer service and high-level commercial values. A core focus of the role is to support and develop your team and to ensure they are effectively exploring and developing sales channels, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the highest standards of brand representation and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales and distribution management in the Netherlands, ideally from within the professional audio, consumer electronics, or related technology sectors. You will have a proven track record of managing distribution networks and brand partnerships across Benelux and be capable of operating with a high degree of independence while contributing as part of a wider regional leadership team.

This is a strategically important leadership role offering the opportunity to take commercial responsibility of an established and respected business unit, shaping its future direction as part of a dynamic and growing international organisation. Regular travel throughout Benelux and at sometimes internationally is expected and necessary in order for you to deliver effectively and successfully in this exciting position.
