Job Description:

We're seeking a Sales Director - Global Accounts & Strategic Growth to lead international commercial expansion for an innovative wireless monitoring solution in the upstream energy sector.

Based in Amsterdam and reporting to the executive team, you'll drive go-to-market strategies, lead key global accounts, and grow new revenue streams through partnerships and business development.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute global sales and market entry strategies
  • Manage strategic customer accounts and executive-level relationships
  • Drive revenue growth through high-value opportunities and cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline development, and performance tracking
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing commercial team
  • Expand reach via regional partners and distributors
  • Integrate customer insights into product and support strategies
  • Monitor industry trends to refine commercial approaches


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in international B2B sales leadership, ideally in Energy or Industrial IoT
  • Proven success scaling global sales teams or launching business units
  • Expertise in upstream energy markets and complex solution sales
  • Strong C-level relationship and negotiation skills
  • Commercially strategic with a tech-driven mindset
  • Experience in agile, fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Comfortable operating across diverse global markets
