Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance customer experience
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Sales Director or senior sales leader, ideally in logistics
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with ability to analyze data and market trends
Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
Experience managing sales teams and budgets
Must have worked into retail
