We seek a passionate and driven individual to lead our sales team with the goal of transitioning to a Managing Director role within the next couple of years.

• Lead the sales department and oversee its performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Gather performance data and create reports for senior management and shareholders.
• Analyze market trends, monitor market shifts and forecast sales predictions.
• Drive growth initiatives and avoid stagnation.
• Manage profit and loss for the sales organization.
• Provide direction, motivation, and coaching to the sales team.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, clients, stakeholders and affiliated companies.
