Job Description
Tines is seeking a sales compensation leader to own how we pay our roughly 350 GTM people and to design plans, quotas, and incentives for a growing, multi-product business. This hands-on role requires building and maintaining the compensation engine, data integrity, and policy documentation while coaching a small team.
