The Role

This is a commercially focused position responsible forincreasing revenue, developing new business and managing existing accountsacross multiple revenue streams. The role combines strategic planning with hands on sales and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets across key business areas
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans
• Identify and win new business while growing existing accounts
• Build strong relationships with corporate and local clients
• Manage sales pipeline activity and track performance metrics
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive demand
• Produce regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in asales, business development or commercial role
• Strong track record ofachieving revenue targets
• Commercially aware with good analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
• Self motivated, proactive and results driven
• Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
