Marketing Executive

Job Description

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive on behalf of our client within the transport sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Cork.

Role

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact across all agency partners.
• Ensure all agencies are aligned on campaign priorities, timelines, and messaging.
• Support end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Maintain oversight of campaign timelines from planning through to execution.
• Track marketing spend across channels against budget.
• Act as the link between marketing, commercial, operations, and leadership teams.
• Prepare regular campaign updates and performance summaries for leadership.

Requirements

• 3-6 years' experience in marketing, campaign management, or agency roles.
• Experience working with multiple agencies or managing external partners.
• Exposure to integrated campaigns (digital, PR, media, etc.).
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
• Commercial awareness and comfort with budgets and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage complexity and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
