Job Description
We value continuity of care and have personal lists for all Partner and Salaried GPs.
Responsibilities- Provide 15 minute appointments.
- Meet with the team for mid-morning coffee / catch up.
- Bring your most vulnerable patients to our fortnightly MDT led by a Care Coordinator.
- Be part of our on-the-day clinical team, working closely with our care navigators.
- Six weeks annual leave and one week of study leave.
- Competitive sessional rate.
