Job Description
Tines in Ireland is seeking a technical support engineer to help customers and colleagues by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across API integrations, authentication, and workflows. You will engage via Slack, in-app chat, and email, and work Sunday-Wednesday early shifts.
You'll bring 2+ years in SaaS technical support, experience with REST/GraphQL, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms.
