Expanding regional law firm seeking a Solicitor to handle rural property matters.

Overview:

1. A new opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join its expanding Rural Property team.
2. Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with a background in Commercial and Rural Property transactions, gained with another leading regional law firm.
3. You will be involved in all aspects of Property law on behalf of clients within the agriculture and rural sectors, managing a caseload of complex matters.
4. You will be encouraged to work with colleagues in marketing and business development to build and nurture client relationships.
5. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage with clients in agricultural and rural communities, bringing commercial acumen along with legal and technical skills.
