Salary: £18 to £25K

We are looking to recruit a motivated Fee Earner to join our expanding Personal Injury department. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of around 100-160 RTA files. The succesfull candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior partner on pre-litigated, litigated and complex matters.

Qualifications

At least 12 months experience handling a caseload of RTA Fast Track claims
At least 12 months experience handling litigation RTA claims
Ability to manage a caseload of Multi Track claims (desirable but not essential)
Ability to manage a team
To have worked with Targets
Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files
To have worked with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Have an ability to plan and prioritise your workload
Working from your own Task List via our internal outlook management system
Good people skills for teamwork and building relationships with co-workers and clients
Good written and spoken communication skills
