RTA Fee Earner (Litigation)

We are looking to recruit a motivated Fee Earner to join our expanding Personal Injury department. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of around 100-160 RTA files. The succesfull candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior partner on pre-litigated, litigated and complex matters.

• At least 12 months experience handling a caseload of RTA Fast Track claims
• At least 12 months experience handling litigation RTA claims
• Ability to manage a caseload of Multi Track claims (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to manage a team
• To have worked with Targets
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files
• To have worked with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Have an ability to plan and prioritise your workload
• Working from your own Task List via our internal outlook management system
• Good people skills for teamwork and building relationships with co-workers and clients
• Good written and spoken communication skills
