Rough Sleeper Outreach & Housing Advocate

Cornwall Council is seeking a dedicated Outreach & Housing Adviser to support rough sleepers across Cornwall. You will engage with individuals, provide housing advice and create personalised plans to achieve sustainable outcomes.

The role involves partnership working with providers and health services, plus outreach visits and occasional evening work, with a focus on preventing homelessness and securing accommodation.
