The role

We're looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as an Assistant Manager.

You'll support the General Manager and lead from the front-helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate your team during service
• Support day-to-day restaurant operations
• Deliver high standards of food and service
• Coach and develop team members
• Step up and take ownership when it matters

• Energy and confidence on the floor

• Someone who leads with care and respect
• A hands on approach and strong work ethic
