Job Title: Rework Operative

Position Type: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rates:

• Days: £13.05 per hour
• Nights: £15.05 per hour

Shifts:

4 on / 4 off - non-rotating shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am

Quest Employment is recruiting Rework Operatives for a busy warehouse operation in Desborough.

You will be responsible for checking and reworking customer stock, ensuring products are correctly labelled, packaged and palletised before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Reworking stock to meet customer and site requirements
• Applying and changing stickers and labels
• Checking products and packaging for damage or errors
• Repacking products where required
• Palletising stock to specific requirements
• Carrying out quality checks before dispatch
• Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect stock
• Supporting customer order preparation
• Manual handling throughout the shift
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Following health & safety and warehouse procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse, rework, packing or production experience is advantageous
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work at pace while maintaining quality
• Good communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and site procedures
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
