Job Description
Revenue Operations Manager - Payments

Currently partnered with a fast-growing payment scale-up that has just received a £4m investment!

The business offers various payment solutions including Payment Gateway, Open Banking Payments, Direct Debit, and Real-time Payments.

Key verticals include Financial Services, E-commerce, and Ticketing.

Clients include Rangers FC, Flutterwave, Verto, Oakbrook, and many others. They are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the function and drive efficiency and optimization within the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Process Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and management of processes and systems that enhance revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular analysis of revenue metrics, sales pipeline performance, and forecasting accuracy. Develop insights to inform decision-making.
  3. Technology & Tools Management: Oversee CRM (Pipedrive), marketing automation, and sales enablement tools (Salesloft). Ensure proper integration and maintenance aligned with business goals.
  4. Revenue Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts, monitor performance, and improve predictability.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and streamline processes.
  6. Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define, track, and report KPIs. Build dashboards and scorecards to monitor targets.
  7. Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales cycles and productivity.
  8. Training & Support: Provide training on best practices, tools, and processes. Act as a point of contact for operational issues.
  9. Revenue Reporting: Prepare and present reports on revenue performance and strategic progress.

About you:

  • 4-5 years experience in Revenue Operations.
  • Experience within Payments, Fintech, or E-commerce sectors.
