About you- Ideally Educated to Level 6 (or equivalent) in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or Economics
- Experience in a high-quality hotel environment preferable and within a multi-property or cluster setting
- Strong technical proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS, EZYRMS, Sabre SynXis CRS/GDS, D-EDGE Channel Manager, Lighthouse, and STR tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue management strategies across multiple properties
- Maximise transient and group revenue through dynamic pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns to optimise revenue opportunities
- Manage systems and distribution channels to ensure rate integrity and maximum visibility
- Produce detailed forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align commercial objectives
- Lead revenue testing initiatives and process improvements to enhance performance
