About you

  • Ideally Educated to Level 6 (or equivalent) in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or Economics

  • Experience in a high-quality hotel environment preferable and within a multi-property or cluster setting

  • Strong technical proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS, EZYRMS, Sabre SynXis CRS/GDS, D-EDGE Channel Manager, Lighthouse, and STR tools

  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities

  • Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking

  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies

  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently


What you'll do

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue management strategies across multiple properties

  • Maximise transient and group revenue through dynamic pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns to optimise revenue opportunities

  • Manage systems and distribution channels to ensure rate integrity and maximum visibility

  • Produce detailed forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align commercial objectives

  • Lead revenue testing initiatives and process improvements to enhance performance
