Retail Store Assistant - Farnham shop (West St)

Overview

Retail Store Assistant - £12.71 per hour + benefits. Permanent part time 7.5 hours per week. Location: Farnham shop (West St). Reports to Shop Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
• Act as an integral part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
• Maintain shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
• Build relationships with local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
• Support fundraising events to meet store fundraising targets.
• Take keyholder responsibility as required.
• Perform manual handling and physical activity as required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of great customer service.
• Experience in a busy customer service environment.
• Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
• Teamworking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility - availability to work on a rota basis.
• Basic DBS check required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
