Lifeguard (Bank)

Lifeguard - Cheam FWC Fitness Bank Part time - £13.10 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. You are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, are willing to learn new skills, and are passionate about great customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
