Retail Replenishment Manager - Lead Stock & Shelves

B&M Retail Limited is recruiting a Replenishment Manager for the Beaumont Leys store in Leicester. This permanent, full-time role covers stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, demanding early mornings, days, evenings and weekend flexibility to keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

You will lead a small team, manage replenishment processes, and ensure the store operates with high availability and efficiency, driving performance and customer service.
