Online Delivery & Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Salisbury store is seeking an Online Manager to lead the in-store online service team, coordinating picking and delivery operations and driving a safe, seamless customer experience.

You will manage a large team of shoppers and drivers, coach them to deliver excellent service, and work with other store managers to enhance overall shopping experiences. Shift patterns include early mornings for online orders.
