Retail Floor Lead - Drive KPIs, Motivate Team

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Floor Manager for our Durham Road store. This permanent, full-time role puts you at the heart of a fast-paced retail environment where you'll own the shop floor, drive performance and lead your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
