Senior Care Lead: Mentor the Team & Deliver Outstanding Care

Avon Search is recruiting for a Senior Lead Carer at a well-established residential care home in St Leonards-on-Sea. You will lead by example, mentor the care team, and ensure outstanding, person-centred support for residents.

The rota totals 42 hours per week across 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1 x 6-hour shift, with a competitive £14.00-£15.00 per hour, paid breaks, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities. Visa sponsorship is not available.
