Retail Deputy Manager - Grow Store Sales

Tapping House in Dereham is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to lead our busy Dereham shop. You will work 37.5 hours per week over 5 flexible days, including some bank holidays, with salary £23,350 per annum.

You will support the retail manager, lead paid staff and volunteers, drive sales targets and stock generation, and handle opening/closing and end-of-day procedures.

This role offers a meaningful contribution to our fundraising and requires a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused manager.
