Education HR Officer - Recruitment & People Support

Heartwood Learning Trust is seeking a Level 2 HR Officer to deliver high-quality operational HR support across our multi-academy Trust. You will act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and guide Line Managers on HR policy and practice.

The role also involves end-to-end recruitment support, attendance at disciplinary proceedings when needed, and contributing to strategic HR projects across the Trust. A strong customer-focused approach is essential.
