Retail Crime Reporter

Responsibilities

• IT and administrative duties specific to the crime reporting platform
• Review and keep the incident feed up to date on the crime reporting platform
• Retrieve and review the CCTV footage of the incident and the time documented by the Store Manager
• Upload to the crime reporting platform the CCTV and still images of the perpetrator
• Reporting incidents to the police force regarding repeat offenders
• Manage communication between police forces and crimes reported. Submit relevant forms/statements to the police
• Answer telephone for police force representatives and deal with queries
• Keep track of any prosecutions/successes
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures

Experience and Qualifications

• IT literate, competent in Microsoft packages
• Experience of using computer systems
• Experience working in retail, security, or administrative customer service roles
• Experience of working within a small team
• The business will support you to attain your SIA Card
• Use of telephone systems as a form of communication
