Job Description

Responsibilities

IT and administrative duties specific to the crime reporting platform
Review and keep the incident feed up to date on the crime reporting platform
Retrieve and review the CCTV footage of the incident and the time documented by the Store Manager
Upload to the crime reporting platform the CCTV and still images of the perpetrator
Reporting incidents to the police force regarding repeat offenders
Manage communication between police forces and crimes reported. Submit relevant forms/statements to the police
Answer telephone for police force representatives and deal with queries
Keep track of any prosecutions/successes
Adhere to Company policies and procedures

Experience and Qualifications

IT literate, competent in Microsoft packages
Experience of using computer systems
Experience working in retail, security, or administrative customer service roles
Experience of working within a small team
The business will support you to attain your SIA Card
Use of telephone systems as a form of communication
